Question How do I contact a live customer support representative?
Answer Please call toll free 1-800-527-1914. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday. A voice recorder is available for after hours and all calls will be returned promptly the next business day.
 
Question The CD-ROM is not functioning properly. How do I troubleshoot the CD-ROM?
Answer Please see our extensive online assistance area for troubleshooting CD-ROMs.
 
Question What is your return policy?
Answer If for any reason you are not satisfied with the content of our training, return the CD-ROM(s) to us within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money, less any shipping charges. This refund policy is valid only if what you return opened is less than 50% of your original order. Clearance merchandise is non-refundable.
 
Question What is your delivery (shipping) policy?
Answer Place your order by 1:00 PM-EST (Monday-Friday) and receive your package within 3 business days via US Priority Mail. Please add $8.95 per order plus $1 per volume for shipping and handling. 24-Hour Express delivery is available. Please call for details. Customers outside the continental US, call or email for available shipping methods and costs.
