Live Training Seminar Policies and Information
Payment Terms
Payment must be received prior to the seminar. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and purchase orders. If paying by a purchase order, an actual copy of the P.O. must be received by fax or mail. Payment terms for all Purchase Orders received are Net 30.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made no later than 15 days prior to the event for a full refund. All cancellations made after that date will be given credit for the full amount, redeemable for any future MacAcademy/WindowsAcademy event or product. Classes fill up quickly and our seminars are proven to sell out, so act now! Please note that prepaid registrations will be guaranteed a seat should the class sell out.
